Delivery and pickup options
We arrange delivery or pickup for every order after it is confirmed. The best option for you will depend on your location, order size and whether the fabric is ready for pickup or made on pre-order.
Delivery charges
Delivery charges depend on your location and the size of your order. We will confirm the exact cost with you before you complete payment, so there are no surprises.
Accurate delivery details
Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address, phone number and recipient name when placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information.
Delivery times
Ready-for-pickup fabrics are dispatched as soon as payment is confirmed. Custom and pre-order fabrics are prepared first and typically take approximately 3–5 days before they are ready to ship or collect. Actual delivery time also depends on your location and courier availability.
Tracking your order
Once your order is on its way or ready for collection, we will share an update with you. You can also use our Track Order page with your order reference and phone number to check progress.
